At Pawlus Design, our rates reflect decades of footwear-and-product-design expertise, deep industry connections, and a collaborative process that ensures you get market-ready solutions. We offer both à la carte packages and retainer options—so you can choose the engagement model that best aligns with your goals and budget.
  • Three billing formats to meet you needs and budget

    • Retainer and On-going Advisory services ( billed monthly)

    • Project based billing 

    • Hourly

  • Description:   A monthly block of hours (e.g., 10, 20, 40 hours/month) that you can apply toward design leadership, trend analysis, or incremental product launches.

     

    When to Use:  You anticipate multiple projects, need continued strategic oversight, or want priority access to our team.

  • Description:   Pay-as-you-go access to design strategy calls, trend insights, or quick problem-solving sessions.

     

    When to Use:  You need an occasional 1–2 hour deep dive without committing to a full package.

  • On-site visits — whether at your team’s office or a

    supplier’s factory — help us:

    • Validate capabilities: Inspect equipment, materials, and samples firsthand.

    • Resolve issues quickly: Provide real-time feedback to reduce sampling cycles.

    • Build relationships: Strengthen trust with factory partners for smoother collaboration.

    When travel is required, we clearly communicate timing, goals, and estimated costs in advance.

    Some services are provided from the moldshop and factory sample making process.

    Services like 3D Virtual shoe modelmaking can be added as an additional Fee Structure.

    and Materials needed for sample making.
